In
a move designed to strengthen the collective voice and
message of the retail industry, the National Council of
Chain Restaurants, in November of 2000, became a division
of the National Retail Federation. www.nrf.com |

For
the past several years the President of NCCR has also
led the National Food Service Security Council (NFSSC).
This group is dedicated to promoting and protecting the
safety and security of the employees, customers and property
of the chain restaurants. www.nfssconline.org |

NCCR
has joined forces in a strategic alliance with the International
Foodservice Manufacturers Association. In addition to
writing a regular column on legislative issues for IFMA
World magazine, NCCR speakers take the stage at IFMA conferences
to provide insight into legislative issues affecting the
industry. www.ifmaworld.org |
